Dear Parents,
It is that time of year again…SPORT’S DAY!
On Tuesday, June 28th we are having a day of physical activity for our Grade Three, Four and Five classes. Students will be participating in a number of running, jumping, and throwing events over the course of the day: a mini Olympics, if you will! We need a great deal of assistance to be able to run all 14 events effectively and therefore we are looking for volunteers. Without your help this type of day wouldn’t be possible!
If you are able and willing to assist us in some capacity either in the morning, in the afternoon, or for the entire day, please reply to this email and indicate which family member will be helping as well what shift(listed below) suits you best.
The shifts are:
1. Morning only (08:30 – 11:40).
2. Afternoon only (12:40 – 3:00).
3. ALL DAY (08:30 – 3:00).
