Ukrainian Field Trip to the Galt Museum

Today we went to the Galt Museum to learn about our connections with Ukraine. Belinda, the lead teacher at the Galt, was incredible and insanely knowledgeable as per usual!
Students learned about natural resources found in Ukraine, and how Ukraine and Canada are quite similar. We also learned about traditional clothing worn by both girls and boys in Ukraine. Finally students ended the day with playing a game of "Rooster in the middle" with a Ukrainian egg.
