Spirit Assembly, January 19

We had a PJ Day Spirit Assembly today. Students were asked to wear their lovely, cozy PJ's to school! During our spirit assembly, we had 3 students receive Ethical Citizen Awards. 

An Ethical Citizen is:
Doing the right thing even when non one is looking. Criteria:

• Take responsibility for my actions

• Respect the learning of others

• Be a role model

• Take care of belongings & school property

• Be courteous

• Work & play safely

• Use respectful language

Congratulations Lexi, Kaiden and Justin for demonstrating what it means to be an Ethical Citizen!

To end our assembly we always sing our Mike Mountain Horse song. While singing, I captured a sweet moment of students showing appreciation for one another!
